In the Microwave: 1 Microwave Popcorn Bowl 3 Tablespoons oil (canola oil, coconut oil, peanut oil or olive oil may be used) **optional** 4oz. Amish Country Popcorn (Any Color) Place 2/3 cup (4oz.) of Amish Country Popcorn (Any Color) into the bottom of the bowl. Add 3 tablespoon of oil to popcorn (optional). Put the lid on the popper and place it into the microwave. Cook on high for 3 – 5 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the microwave.
