I love the scrunchies and they are a great seller for our store, but less than please that one item was sold out and instead of notifying us, we were shipped a replacement. These were restocks and photography is already completed for the styles and colors we ordered. We were told that if we didn’t want it, to just contact Faire. We don’t appreciate the unapproved switch and hassle to return dumped on us.

Britts Bows has quality products and very nice packaging. My only complaint is that I ordered navy leggings and was sent gray leggings without any notice. Other than that, I love her leggings and scrunchies.
