This gluten-free chocolate bar leads with a citrusy nose, melts into a creamy sensation and finishes with a kick of red pepper that lingers. Perfect Pairing: This nuanced white chocolate makes a formidable partner for a peaty scotch, an unoaked chardonnay and roasted apricots with goat cheese. Or, pair with dried stone fruits like plums and apricots, parmesan, and roasted nuts like almonds and hazelnuts.
