Linda, thank you so much for your order first of all. And secondly, thank you for your review. We appreciate your business and your comments tremendously. Regarding putting paper on the back of our framed Art Prints most of our customers over the past few years have requested that we do not put paper on the back. The reason is when the framed art is in the store consumers have damaged the back paper on the framed prints by sticking a thumb or finger through it, and then have asked for discounts which really affects the margin for retailers, so to avoid that issue we do not put paper on the back of our Art Prints. Also by not putting paper on the back, we save approximately 3 to 4 dollars per Frame Print in labor cost, and material cost, and we pass that savings on to our customers like you. That’s one reason why we can maintain lower prices than our competition. We listen to our customers!
