I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I placed my order on June 13th because the estimated shipping time showed it would arrive before June 19th. When it didn’t, I reached out on June 22nd and was told it would ship within the week. It still didn’t, so I contacted them again and waited three days for a response. When it finally arrived, the packaging was ripped, and one set contained the wrong scents. Very disappointing.
