AMAZING customer service - even when it isn't necessarily to their benefit. I had placed an order for large candles & realized immediately afterwards (right after I clicked send - typical timing!), they wouldn't fit in the gift boxes I was making for a client. I messaged JBP and they got back to me right away & were MORE THAN HAPPY to help me switch to the smaller size! Even though it meant less $ to them. I am beyond impressed and recommend them to everyone!
