The items received that weren't broken were good. Sadly, the items were not cushioned in the box prior to closing the box up & nowhere on the box did it say fragile. I believe doing these simple things would have saved the first shipment from being broke. I received my replacements & again they bounced around in a larger box and no label anywhere to say Fragile on the box. These replacements were lucky to have not been broken as well. Not sure why the items couldn't be packaged &labeled fragile.
