Very bad experience. The return was made unnecessarily complicated. I was confronted with the issue of shipping gas, even though my return did not involve sending gas. As the seller, PROF by polyflame is responsible for a proper returns process and should offer the customer a practical return option instead of shifting the responsibility onto the customer. Communication and customer service were very disappointing for me.
