Founded in 1999 by Elsis Berrios and Pan Modi, 7 Star has grown from a small family-owned business in Florida to nationally recognized leader in the industry. We located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA We believe that customer service is just that-a service-and in order to provide the service striving to meet and exceed the desires of our customers. We believe that small customers and small communities deserve the same degree of respect, effort and service.
