The worst thing about ordering from here is figuring out how to stay within my budget - they offer so many wonderful nutcrackers and I always want them all! This is my second year ordering from Santa's Workshop and I will certainly be returning. Their nutcrackers are high quality and our customers love them.

14" Pride Nutcracker
We ordered previously from this company and were blown away, we even left a review saying so. This time unfortunately we were very disappointed, and had it not have been for the great prior experience we would have given fewer stars. When ordering these items it clearly stated fulfillment would be in 1-3 days for all items. After 5 weeks of waiting I reached out to see what the issue was. Once received 5 of the 6 were damaged.
