The backs of the laminated earrings are wrinkled where they should be flat. It's not that big of a deal if you wear your hair down, but I worn up, the look is tacky (according to a customer).

It may have been my fault because I only ordered $122.00 worth of merchandise but that was what I needed at the time. Shipping was $27.00 for a box the size I got the same week from a similar company for $7.00. I'll order again but probably only once a year and only the items I can't get elsewhere.
