Have ordered from here several times with no issues or problems. This time package was never delivered. Tried multiple times to contact seller via, text, email, and phone message but have never received any response. Requested shipment to be reprocessed and still have not heard anything back from the seller. Now they are wanting to charge me for the shipping fee of the original product that I never received!!!! Usually a great company and excellent products but I will never shop here again.

Order was processed, shipped and delivered in just a few days!! Packaged well and arrived in excellent condition. The treats are exactly what is advertised and dogs absolutely love them!!! Can’t keep them in stock!! 😊💕
