Ingredients: Brown Sugar, White Sugar, White Flour, Rolled Oats, Cinnamon Each package is stamped with a Best if Used by date 2 years from the blend date. Our mixes are blended in small, frequent batches to ensure maximum freshness and shelf life. --------------------- Product ships via UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver, or locally with Spee-Dee Delivery Service, unless retailer requests USPS (additional handling charges are incurred).
