The Flower of Life is one of the most recognized symbols of Sacred Geometry and is often thought to represent the cycle of life. The pattern of overlapping circles creates an image of a perfectly symmetrical flower and is the basis for many other Sacred Geometry symbols, such as the Seed of Life and Metatron's Cube. There are many ways to use crystal grids (sometimes also referred to as energy grids) but my preferred method simply uses it as a personal focus for meditation, self reflection, or even purely decoration.
