I love the unique styles yet still in the basics. our customers have been very happy. A couple of the blouses could be slightly better quality fabric but overall we are very pleased, considering the price too. That black dress is gorgeous!

SCALLOP LACE TRIM BACK TIE SHORT SLEEVE CROP TOP
Normally I like Blu pepper, but something has changed and the sizing on the Jackets, blouses and skirt is actually laughable. Normally I am a size medium and the larges BARELY fit. I guess you could make it work with some crisco and a prayer but it's FAR from realistic. The medium top wouldn't even fit my friends 12 year old daughter. We got a good laugh but will not be ordering again. I guess that's why they don't offer returns...
