Due to its impressive capability for carbon sequestration, hemp seed products are considered to be carbon neutral. How to use it: Use as a cold culinary oil. It can be added to salads, sauces, soups, pesto & smoothies. How much to use: Consume as much as you like but our minimum recommendation is 1 tablespoon of oil per day (15ml)
