15 days to ship when 6 days were stated. 10 days max was quailed before ordering. No response with questions about current status, promotions, adding to order, or delays during that time. After reaching out to Faire to cancel order to find other vendor to meet needs, they shipped promptly and product was really exactly as desired. It’s understandable that there are slower fulfillment times these days but continued communication, managing expectations, and not overpromising goes a long way.
