Gotu Kola Leaf is highly regarded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda for its positive effect on memory and focus and for supporting healthy brain functioning. It is also known throughout Asia as a tasty food. 1 oz. Loose Herbs. Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min. Certified USDA Organic, Caffeine free.
