They went above and beyond to make sure we could still receive deliveries and even offered to ship to another address if need be. Messaged a couple times as they didn’t get us on the first message. We didn’t have power, internet or phone service. They were very conscious about the hurricane that just hit and offered help. Not a lot of companies would or did that, as we had orders with others. Highly recommend. The rugs are super nice quality and loved by our customers
