Honey Jalapeño Spiced Apple Cider, Hot Beverage Mix
I placed an order for a large quantity of apple ciders for our box, and messaged them to make sure they could complete that size order. Said yes but then order was delayed. Now I'm behind schedule. They said they would send me a different product instead. I had to reprint our inserts to reflect the change. Then they send the replacement products and they are all leaking and damaged. We are now behind deadline and out hundreds of dollars in inserts we can't use because of this company.

The initial delay (apple cider) was due to an uncontrollable raw material shipment issue. To meet your timeline, we immediately offered a premium substitute product (normally $2 more) at the original price and rushed the order out in 24 hours. We regret that this expedited shipment then suffered damage. The leaking was caused by a temporary mechanical failure in our bag-sealer, which has been fully repaired. We recognize the severe impact of the quality issues and the loss incurred on the printed inserts.
