Raven's Nest Gourmet is second-generation, woman-owned, and family operated. Founded in 1980 by Raven and carried on through her daughter, Monica, the Nest creates gourmet jams, fruit butters, salsas, & spices. Our jams are a modern twist on a time-honored Southern favorite. Thoughtfully sourced fruits blended with a medley of peppers create a perfect marriage of "sweet with a little heat." With a range of uses from cocktails and cheese pairings to marinades and grill glazes, our jams are simply too good for just biscuits and toast! Our award-winning Mulling Spices are a holiday tradition in homes across the United States. This delicious and aromatic blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, orange, and lemon creates "Christmas in a cup" hot cider, wassail, or mulled wine, and adds cozy, comforting flavor to baked goods, seasonal cocktails and more. Versatile and delicious, Raven's Nest Mulling Spices are a staple of the modern Southern pantry!
