Leatherback Sea Turtle, Dermochelys coriacea The painting used to create these prints was inspired by the turtles Nick worked with on the beaches of Tortuguero, Costa Rica while there doing research with the Sea Turtle Conservancy. Nick was part of the first team to ever tag Leatherbacks at the Phipps Research station in 1996. Printed on high quality, artist grade stock canvas and folded around a lightweight frame to give them a gorgeous, gallery ready appearance. With acid free ink that will last without fading or chipping, features a scratch-resistant UV coating.
