Elaborate checking procedure of items for defects like malfunctioning closures, spotted gilding, and filing complaints with Faire including photos, descriptions, etc. Replacements disappointing: 7 of 10 items arrived. Four as defective as those we had to discard. Misleadingly advertised on Faire as "purple natural stone," the packaging on earrings said "rhinestone" = plain glass. Nice contact person in the initial phase not enough to restore our trust.
