Our customers mainly include B2B buyers, B2C merchants, offline supermarket chains and boutiques, and small to medium-sized entrepreneurs. With the rapid development of our business and in order to meet the needs of customers worldwide we established a China-based “global central warehouse” in 2021 and launched the SHINE BUY platform. Disappointing and time consuming experience. Elaborous checking procedure of items for defects like malfunctioning closures, spotted guilding AND filing complaints with Faire including photos, descriptions etc. Replacements disappointing: 7 of 10 items arrived. Four as defect as those we had to discard. Misleadingly advertized on faire as "purple natural stone" the packaging on earrings said "rhinestone" = plain glass. Nice contact person in initial phase not enough to restore our trust.
