I was surprised at how nice everything was. Obviously very well made. Dispatch to the shipping server was quick. Questions were answered promptly and nicely. One item has three small cracks in it and is unusable but we love and our customers love what is there so much that we plan to order more soon.

We love everything we ordered-and this merchant shipped to us from Germany faster than most local merchants. Only tiny complaint is the black soaps we ordered were much smaller than we thought. BUT- they are so stinkin' cute that the are selling anyway!
