Our Autumn Mead is a fruity cherry mead that tastes and smells more like jam or red berry compote than of pure cherries. It is refreshing with its notes of various red berries, giving it a fresh, tart character — like a pleasant thirst-quencher. The fruity nuances mask the heavy honey flavor in the mead and the characteristic bitterness from the cherries’ stones is only faintly noticeable on the finish.
