I hate leaving bad reviews, but we were missing some of our order and emailed her right away. She got back to us a week or more later apologizing and told us she would ship the missing pieces the next day. I waited a week-ish and hadn't received them, so I messaged to ask if she had a tracking number but never heard back. I've messaged her twice more asking for updates/a partial refund, and still haven't heard back. Sucks because I loved the stickers and would've loved to order again.
