A year ago, I was buying their products from a redistributor. Going direct was the best thing I could have done. They are RARELY if ever out of anything. They fulfill orders very quickly and if I might be so bold as to say that they saved me this past Thanksgiving. I was able to get their silicone pie crust savers in and never run out. We had a run on them this year that we've never had but still maintained stock thanks to their efficiency.
