Brown rice, oats, organic chamomile, and lavender are finely ground to offer gentle exfoliation, soothe irritation and inflammation, and promote relaxation. This gluten-free scrub will leave skin buffed, supple, and refreshed. Mix with water, cleanser or oil to use. Comes in a 4oz glass jar. Directions: Combine 1-2 tsp grains with a few drops of your favorite cleanser or filtered water. Mix into a paste and massage in gentle circular motions onto wet skin for 1-2 minutes.
