Description
A risograph print of lettuce - made by Emma Make. This print uses a handmade drawing to then print unique registers of colour onto an ivory piece of card. Paired with Emma Make's other fruit and veg artwork, this A5 poster can make a great addition to a gallery wall or a tight kitchen space. Each print is different due to the nature of the printer. The prints are hand drawn on my surface laptop and printed onto 140g ivory card. They are printed in Lisbon, Portugal by Desisto studio using a risograph printer. They are unframed and 15x21cm Risograph is an affordable printing technique that utilises soy inks. It's considered more environmentally friendly than traditional printing methods. The printer gives a characterful texture to the print but also expect some mis-registration due to this technique (as seen in photos)
