UPDATE: Still haven't had my issue taken care of. Worst customer service. I received mismatched sizes in one outfit and reached out for a replacement. They directed me to their storefront FAQ for return instructions, but I couldn’t find the info and let them know. Their reply? “Please visit our storefront.” I literally just explained that I already did and couldn’t find the info. To top it off, it took them 7 days to reply and told me returns must be initiated within 7 days of order receipt.
