Everything was lovely and of excellent quality. Order arrived complete, ahead of schedule, and was well packed with no damage. Customer service is fantastic and respond to questions within hours. We will be reordering!

9 of the 40 items arrived broken; This hasn't ever happened with Golden Hill Studio Before -- maybe someone new was doing the packing? It was not a very sturdy box and the items weren't all that well padded. The other issue is that the wine glasses are a different size and shape than they were previously. The new size and shape is fine, but we try to keep "sets" so they're looking pretty mis-matched currently. A heads-up about the different glasses would have been helpful.
