You may remove any burn marking by sanding pieces, using a baby wipe, or leave as is and start painting. It’s best to prime your pieces that you are painting in light colors with shellac or primer first before you paint to help Reduce coats And cover burn markings if you’re painting lighter colors. Just paint and use wood glue to put together project small finished picture is provided with kit to use as painting inspiration.
