We took our Midcoast Mayhem miso hot sauce recipe, swapped out some of the fermented fresno and Habañero base with fermented Maine grown organic chocolate ghost and scotch bonnet peppers. To really turn the heat up to 11, we also added some ghost and reaper powders. Four 🔥🔥🔥🔥 out of five flames of heat means Damariscotta Damnation is not for the timid!
