As with all small batch chocolatiers, good chocolate takes time. This chocolate reminds me of a long standing confectioner in St. Louis - who doesn't wholesale... There are some little quirks, like east coast peppermint lovers... lol I wasn't expecting that flavor combined with chocolate - glad the assortments are all different and there is rarely more than one type in a box.
