I love the products and they sell well. The only reason it is getting a 3 star is that I ordered again in October and have received no product and no response to my questions about where it is. I would order again, but I want to talk to someone prior. Hoping it gets better fast!

You can't go wrong with their products. The packaging done in a high end paper wrap with the black signage is brilliant. I love their descriptions. The tea is fresh and tasty. Just an overall great product!
