14" Bugling Merry Christmas Nutcracker
This is my second order. I am disappointed yet again. Everyone is giving such good reviews that I had decided to give it a second chance. The nutcrackers are just horrible quality. There is paint and glue all over them. Some were missing parts and were nowhere to be found. Others came in broken. There is no damage to the shipping box. I think they need better quality control. I most likely will not order the nutcrackers again. The Santa I received is not as advertised either.

The worst thing about ordering from here is figuring out how to stay within my budget - they offer so many wonderful nutcrackers and I always want them all! This is my second year ordering from Santa's Workshop and I will certainly be returning. Their nutcrackers are high quality and our customers love them.
