Before I even got them all out of the box, customers were already buying these. They absolutely love the products. I will definitely be ordering again & recommend the brand & products to everyone.

Their product is amazing and sells very well in my store. However their customer service is terrible. After spending $1,700 worth of orders with them they shut off my access to be able to reorder on Faire. I have tried to message them with no response back as to why they are doing this. I messaged them 5 times and they won't message back. So they blocked me from making any reorders and they won't tell me why. They didn't even communicate when they blocked me.

I have ordered Warmies multiple times for my store and absolutely love them. However, I placed an order 7/19, and my order still has not shipped. I have contacted the company multiple times and have had no response. So now almost a month later, I am still waiting for the order to ship.
