Wholesale Rochester, NY - The Little Theater Art Print - 8x10 Inches

The Little Theatre began in the late 1920s as a link in a proposed chain of small theaters designed to provide an "intimate" alternative to the large commercial movie houses of the day. The theater was constructed in the Art Deco style by Edgar Phillips of Rochester and Frederick Pike of Buffalo. For over 85 years, The Little has been a staple on East Ave for Rochestarians interested in foreign and independent film. As an RIT student with many friends in the field of Film and Animation, we spent many evenings here enjoying films of all kinds, and great coffee and art in the cafe around back. The Little holds a special place in my heart, which is why I chose it as a subject. This listing is for a high quality, signed, archival print. Watermark will not appear on final image.
