We were incredibly disappointed to find that the vegan charcoal floss is polyester and not biodegradable. We were even more disappointed that we had to find that out from the brand’s website when we were filling in product details in our POS. The floss dispensers and the silk floss did not disappoint and is priced well, but we had to discount the polyester floss and apologize to our customers for our oversight in stocking a product that does not align with our values.

The floss, silk or plant based, are very sturdy even for tight teeth. The different varieties are fun and sell well. The shipping is spot on, the packaging is all recyclable and it got to me super fast.
