Supreme is our best grade of California white sturgeon. This hand-selected caviar is truly delectable; its firm beads that burst with intensely rich and nutty flavors. This superior buttery caviar has medium to large beads and ranges from amber to gold in color. Gift box, Mother of Pearl spoon and tin opener not included (sold separately). Domestic, Species: Acipenser transmontanus – California White Sturgeon All orders arrive via FedEx priority overnight, we deliver Tuesday through Friday. Friday orders will deliver the following Tuesday. Please note, we are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. We are not able to accept any returns or issue refunds. Shelf Life is 8 weeks unopened, best 1-3 days once opened. Refrigerate, never freeze.
