I was excited to see a large respected brand on here. The products are at a great price point for my business and the variety is fantastic. They came in great packaging and the abundance of photos is appreciated and accurate. My only complaints are that fulfillment time is a little longer than other brands. And I ordered the misc wood letter packs and of 3 bags there were no “o” letters, and 8 “q” letters, it was an odd assortment of the letters, not super useable.
