If I could change it, I would in a heartbeat. But the truth is that there isn't a way to under, skip, or speed up this part—you have to go through it. The truth also is that it will get better—not immediately, and probably not as quickly as you'd like, but it won't always be like this. Some more truths: You don't have to do it alone.
