When your excited to get an order and almost half of the items show up damaged it's very disappointing. This isnt my first time ordering and it's happened before. It a bummer because I do like alot of what they sell. Just never sure it will arrive in tact enough to sell. Quality control would be a good idea. Writing on baskets? What is that? Glue all over palette? Dented metal on mirror, broken clasps on hanging cages....
