These beauties come in a cellophane wrapped pack of 20 3 ply napkins (because we're fancy like that). Standard cocktail napkin size, 9 7/8" x 9 7/8". Front image is the mugshot and sassiness, the inside and back are wrapped in prison barbed wire. Labeled and barcoded and ready to go. And Made in the USA.
