We just waited more than a month for our order and then just like the last one we placed, it was shorted product we were charged for. I reached out and messaged them here 4 or 5 days ago because I wasn't able to report a problem with the order to faire (because despite being delivered a while back it still said "in transit" here), but have yet to hear back from anyone at the company. I love this company's product, but so far I'm really disappointed that they kind of stink at reliability.
