GladRags Day Pads have a unique three-part design which allows you to customize the pad according to your flow. Choose one or two absorbent inserts to place inside the envelope-style holder, or use the holder alone for an ultra-slim liner! Our Day Pad is equivalent to a standard-size maxi pad. Each Day Pad includes 1 holder + 2 inserts.

I have used this brand for over 20 years, and the pads lasted that long. I recently bought a whole new set because of the beautiful and soft fabric. They are highly adjustable with being able add inserts depending on how the flow is going. I recommend these to all my patients. Teenagers who are about to get their moontime love the colors and intention that a cloth pad sets vs. disposable pads even if they end up using both. They make a nice addition to moontime packages.
