Order arrived quickly. There is one bag with some very noticeable black markings on it, so I'll have to mark it down and hopefully can at least break even on it. Disappointing they would send me a bag in that condition. Also, I should've checked online before ordering. Didn't realize they also had a retail shop. I won't be able to mark up to the margin I need with the way the retail price is set at their store. I'll see how they sell and go from there I guess. Overall, reasonable quality.

We love the styles and the quality! Very fast to ship and all the bags seem to be very well made. We also like that many bags come with alternative straps or a secondary small back that match. We love their products!
