"Relax" is a blend of Bergamot, Chamomile, Geranium, Lavender, Marjoram, Orange and Patchouli with a sweet and floral aroma. A great anti stress blend for rest and relaxation, meditation or for sleep. Diffuse for stress, angst, sadness, sleep, tension, anger, frustration or when you just want to feel relaxed and calm. Dilute with a carrier oil or lotion and use as a calming massage oil after work, after the gym or before bed. Also great to add to a nice warm relaxing bath.
