The quality of the product is great. They B2B (wholesale) side of the business needs reorganization. Our order took three weeks to ship and this is the second time items weren’t properly packaged resulting in some items coming undone from the cardboard and fasters. Additionally, we lost two sales from customers who ordered direct since our reorder took too long to arrive.
